Grant Applications

The Waterloo Regional Heritage Foundation is pleased to announce that the Foundation is again accepting new grant applications from April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. The Foundation will be reviewing submitted applications from July 2, 2026 to September 22, 2026.

As part of the Foundation's recent strategic review, the Foundation has carefully reviewed its grant application process to align with its updated definition of heritage and to ensure a more inclusive approach to the grant awarding process through the newly created Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Funding Stream.

We are happy to accept your grant application by using the Grant Application Form. If you require an alternative format or assistance in completing the form, please email wrhf@regionofwaterloo.ca.

The intent of all grants awarded by the Foundation is to assist with deserving projects which might not otherwise reach completion.

Any individual or group in the Region of Waterloo may apply for funding.
